Refund and Cancellation Policy

At present, refunds and cancellations are not allowed for payments or confirmed bookings made through Gupta Diagnostic.

No cancellation

Once a booking request or payment is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled through the website unless Gupta Diagnostic expressly agrees otherwise.

No refund

Payments made for appointments, tests, packages or related services are currently non-refundable.

Exceptional cases

If Gupta Diagnostic is unable to provide the booked service due to an internal issue, the team may review the case separately and communicate the resolution directly to the patient.

This policy may be updated later if online payment and booking rules change.
